7 Prohibited Activities

- Using multiple identities to abuse the bonus system.
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games or place bets.
- Attempting to access another user's account or hack the system.
- Using KLWin for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
If fraud or system abuse is detected, the account will be closed and legal action may be taken.
8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Klwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the event of a rule violation or for security reasons.
- Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
- Members may also request account closure at any time.
- Members will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure – unless the account was closed due to a terms violation.
- If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.

9 Dispute Resolution Process

- Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to review.
- In disputes involving game outcomes, the game provider's logs will be treated as final evidence.
- During a dispute, the relevant balance or transaction may be temporarily placed on hold.
10 Policy Changes & Updates
